+ October/November/December tiny icon batch.
This year I made less icons than the past, but I really love some of them, and I totally blame it on the books, since I read like I'm mad this year! But I'm proud, I read 106 books this year, yay!!
Though, the past months were really uninspired to me. But oh well, let's find out what a mess I made this year!
JANUARY.
Nothing new nor interesting. My usual close crops and muted tones.
FEBRUARY.
I'm sorry, but these caps were screaming earth tones, so I just felt like I couldn't not hear that voice.
I don't know what I was really thinking. In that moment I really liked some of these, but looking back I see
nothing interesting, they're just so simple and plain. Oh, well.
MARCH.
Okay, so here I see some challenging things. Tho I didn't even dare to touch text yet, lol.
Here it is two of my fav icons I made this year, wich are the third and fifth ones. They're a little more complex than
the past months, and a lot more vibrant, wich is really hard for me. Proud of some, and really horrorified by most.
APRIL/MAY.
Nothing new, but I can sightly see a little progression. They're simple but I think they got
that something. Or maybe I'm fucking crazy, what do ya think?
JUNE.
I was a little bit more inspired than the lasts months. More vibrant and complex icons.
And maybe some of them more creative? I need to remember than using textures is fun,
even when finding the right ones in my folder is a truly nightmare. Oh! And I can see some text here too!
JULY.
This is my fav month without any doubt! I can see that I was really inspired and I wanted
to make something different from what I'm used to. I love everyone of them and I can see
some favorites. Textures are the star in this post. From here comes my love for flower
textures. This is the only month I see a progression.
AUGUST.
Come back to my not so creative side, but in my defense, these were for a 20inspirations round
were we couldn't use textures or almost anything. We needed to make icons only with the defaults of ps.
The rest comes from an icon dump, wich are more likeable and sighlty more creative. And text is always
a good new. I see a little progression there, since it's the hardest thing for me.
NOVEMBER.
September and October passed unnoticed. O sin pena ni gloria, como se suele decir por aquí. Just with a few icons I didn't get the chance to post until now (scroll down and you'll see them). My muse is too far from me right now and she hasn't came back yet.
DECEMBER.
This is the proof I don't made any progress this year, but oh well, If my muse left me then
do not blame me!! But I think I'm going in the right direction with text. Or maybe not, but hush!
