Sooooo, I decided to start watching this show and I've became addicted to it!
Season 1 was awesome but the first half of season 2 is my favorite, well the whole season was great but I didn't like too much the Elektra drama and that Foggy and Matt friendship is not doing so well :(
I LOVE Frank Castle. It's funny that I never made a single icon of Jon in The Walking Dead and I'm doing them now lol, I thought that would never happen since I loathed Shane. But Shane is not Frank, right? Right.
That said, I have an unpopular opinion: I don't like Elektra. And I don't mean the actress, I mean the character. Maybe I'll like her next season when they bring her back, who knows? But not right now. And I'm really surprised about this fact, because give me a strong woman who kicks ass and I'm yours, but I didn't connect with this character as I expected.
I'm gonna say this once and I won't talk about it again: FOGGY DESERVES BETTER. That's it.
I can't wait to see more of The Punisher :3
Fav characters? Matt, I mean how not? Foggy, Karen and Frank.
Also, can someone inform me about The Defenders? I know that it's gonna be a show with Daredevil, Jessica Jones (wich I plan to watch too) and a couple more superheroes that I don't know. There's still gonna be a season 3 of Daredevil right? I'm sorry, I'm not much into superhero stuff and I'm a little lost. I like this show so much because it doesn't look like a superhero movie, it's way more mature and "realistic", so kudos!

I was so sad that they broke up Nelson & Murdock and their friendship in ruins. ugh, my heart! I don't like how they wrote Matt this season, he felt too out of character or something? idk Season 1 Matt would not have kept ditching Foggy and Karen. But then again, when I think more about it I think they may have been going for Elektra to bring out his 'darker side' more (Frank was to make him question everything to begin with before introducing her to the mix) and leave him feeling pulled in several directions at once with his morals and convictions on the line. Or I'm just reading too much into it. :P
Frank is everythiiing. I always end up rooting for the character who's version of 'justice' is wrong but I can totally see why they would and it's so conflicting. I love it. lol He's perfect to go up against Matt as he's his complete opposite.
I didn't know what to expect with Jon Bernthal playing him as I'd only seen him as Shane and I hated him when I first watched TWD. He blew me away and it was awesome! That's pretty much all everyone's been talking about and they're all wanting a Punisher show! If they do make one it will probably a while after the other Netfilx shows, possibly in phase 2.
Elektra when they first introduced her was not what I expected at all. I didn't like her at first and I was massively disappointed because she's awesome. I thought she got better in the last 4-3 episodes of the show and I like her much better now. I'm interested to see how they continue to write her and hopefully continues to get better and more like her comic version.
Fisk is one of the best of Marvel's villains. They're constantly on point with their villain casting and I love it, Vincent D'Onofrio is killing it! I didn't think a live action King Pin would work but it totally is! :D
What do you think of Claire? I think she's awesome and needs a 6 month vacation. lol Are you going to watch Jessica Jones next?
The Defenders is going to be of the team that's the shows title name, with Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Power Man (name; Luke Cage) and Iron Fist (name; Danny Rand). Luke Cage's show comes out in September of this year, Iron Fist will most likely be released in the spring of next year and the Defenders at the end of the next year.
We'll most likely be getting as season 3 of Daredevil as they left it pretty wide open but that will only happen after the other two shows are released, especially Iron Fist as his whole thing is mysticism. So we'll need information from his show and possibly the Defenders depending on who they choose as a villain for that before we get into s3.
No one's sure about any new shows or what will get new seasons yet, we'll probably get more information later this year or next year.

I don't know anything about the comics, but I really hope Nelson & Murdock to come back, preferably with Karen as well! I fucking love their relationship and it hurts to see them like this :(

Oh gosh, then I'm not the only one who hated Shane, right? I mean, I couldn't even stand watching his face, but now I'm glad he played Frank because really, it fits him so much and I have to admit that he's a talented actor. Wow, if he gets his own show that'd be amazing! But I really like the dinamic between Matt-Frank and Karen-Fran (even if I don't ship them).
I really hope I'll like Elektra next season, but I don't know, she didn't get to me I guess :/
Ugh, sorry I can't stand Fisk, at first I didn't hate him so much but he really got my nerves in season 2, I can clearly see him getting out of jail next season :/ But yeah, I have to admit that his acting is great!
I really like her! I liked so much in the first season when she decided to stay away from Matt, because she knew she was gonna get hurt if she kept seeing him. She takes care of herself without having any superpower and that's great. I apreciated her even more after she quit her job, and I hope to see more of her next season!

Lastly, I love pretty much everything in that last row. You used the scenery of the caps really well, and they highlight and frame their subjects perfectly. 18-20 do this particularly well, but I'm digging all of 'em.

My poor Foggy! He does deserve better. I still love Matt, but the writing could have been better for him this season. Maybe because there wasn't enough Matt as a character, but mostly Daredevil and Daredevil-business.
A lot of people who liked the second season more, also love Jessica Jones (or rather the other way around I guess), so you'll probably like it ;)
S3 probably won't come out before The Defenders (before that we still have Luke Cage this year and Iron Fist), so 2018? I kinda hate that the ending of this season was so open and there are a ton of questions left. Jessica Jones has a much more closed narrative. I'm hoping it's not because it was Marvel's first project with a female lead, but that's probably the reason :/

Your cropping is always on point and I really like the crops on #3, #4, #8, #9. The compositon on #4 is amazing, the devil shadow and the halo add so much to this beautiful simple icon! ♥ #8 is another favourite of mine, what can I say, I love center crops and the muted coloring is great, I really like the alt as well. I really like #9, the cropping and colors really bring some emotion to the cap. Other favourites are #11, #13 and #16!
And I had written a long rambling about the show, but LJ ate my comment and now I'm too lazy to write it again :D But just to say Frank Castle is the best! :D

i saved a ton of icons, i love how vibrant you managed to make them ahhh just great great icons.
i'm excited to see what you think of jessica jones! i loved that show, i watched it in like one sitting and then made my friend watch it immediately after. i definitely think it needs to come with a trigger warning, just in case you're unaware of some of the subject matter because it is definitely potentially triggering.
but it also opens things up to other things happening in hells kitchen and i'm excited for luke cage now that we've gotten to know him somewhat through jessica jones.
as for defenders, i'm not entirely sure how its going to work as a series when compared to ensemble things like the avengers movies. it'll be interesting to see these four characters who essentially have their own worlds fuse into one series? in the comics they definitely all interact so maybe it'll be like a season long crossover episode! lol.
and i'm totally somewhat opposite you on frank castle. i hate that character in the comics and other formats, but holy shit jon bernthal just completely blew my mind. he definitely stole this entire season. SO AMAZING.
anyway, thats my ramble.

It's one of my absolute favoute shows and seeing someone else enjoying this much is amazing. :D
I really adore season one (I always have a thing for first everything in tv and movies), but I must admit that
the season two was too good– I loved how they handled the various (and complex) storylines and how they
did justice to all the characters, the old ones and the new ones. With Frank it was love at first sight: it was easy
to understand him, you know, emotionally speaking and Jon was spectacular. As for Elektra.... I don't know.
She couldn't be controlled and it worried me a lot the whole time. At first I really didn't like her (especially in the flashbacks),
but I came to appreciate her because Matt can actually do wonders? I mean, he had faith in her and she was willing to get better.
FOGGY IS A PRECIOUS CINNAMON ROLL AND AN EXCEPTIONAL LAWYER, HE MUST BE PROTECTED AT ALL COST.
And what about Karen? She's badass. Courageous and adorable. And so is Claire, ahhh. I am glad she got more screen time.
I'm not saying anything about Matt because it's pretty obvious, he's my boooy♡As for the icons, I have to say that I am saving them all. AND BY ALL I MEAN ALL. The colourings are mesmerising,
I love the pastel tones and the crops are astonishing. I honestly have no words because really THESE ARE WORKS OF ART
and I've been staring at this post without knowing what to say??? I am sincerely speechless. The caps are terrible to work with

I tend to work with dark caps almost everytime xD Give me a well brighted and iluminated cap and I honestly don't know what to do with it xD So it wasn't that hard, except #6, that was a pain to make xD
